Cosmetic declaration is a mandatory procedure for organizations or individuals who want to bring cosmetic products to the Vietnamese market. This procedure shows the commitment to the quality, safety and effectiveness of the product to the state management agency.

- Organizations or individuals must have a business registration certificate with cosmetic business lines.
- Must register to use electronic digital signatures to submit dossiers for publication via the https://vnsw.gov.vn/ web portal - Provide sufficient documents as prescribed.

- Are the requirements for declaration of imported cosmetics different?:
-> The documents are similar but the content may differ from country to country.
- Is it possible to make a joint declaration for products with the same ingredients but different colors?:
-> Yes, if the product is of the same line and has a similar formula, but hair dye and perfume products need to be declared separately.
