The cosmetic advertising license is issued by the Department of Health of the provinces and cities where the enterprise registers its operation.
Advertising content must be consistent with the declared use of the product and meet the following requirements:
- Product name
- Origin of goods, manufacturers, importers
- Product effect (if any)
- Warnings when using (if any)
- Instructions for use and storage (if there are special requirements)
Advertising License The dossier includes:
- A written request for certification of cosmetic advertising content
- Copy of Business Registration Certificate
- Receipt of cosmetic declaration
- Documents proving product features and uses (if the advertisement content is different from the announcement)
- Product label sample or label sample approved by the health authority (if required) - Trademark registration certificate (if the trademark is used in advertising)
- If advertising on television: advertising scripts, video discs, audio
- If advertising on other media: mockup of the intended content of the print ad
- If advertising through seminars or events: confirmation of advertising contents, event programs, materials distributed to attendees, professional list of reporters

- Duration: 10 – 15 working days
- License validity: According to the validity of the Certificate of Announcement
