1. Name of the enterprise:
- Do not duplicate the names of other businesses to avoid confusion.

2. Head office:

4. The owner of a private company is the legal representative.

Subjects preparing dossiers include:
- An application for registration of the establishment of a private enterprise (according to form 1 of Circular 20/2015/TT-BKHDT).
- Notarized copies of identity documents: valid citizen ID/ID card/passport.
- Power of attorney if any.
Other required documents:
- A copy of personal authentication of the company's legal representative (ID card/ID card, not older than 3 months).
- An application for business registration.
- Relevant dossiers if registering a conditional business line.
- Certificate of company name, address of head office, business lines.
- A written certification of charter capital. - Papers and certificates of the profession if a practice certificate is required.
- Written authorization in case of need. After completing the dossier, submit it to the Department of Planning and Investment where the establishment is registered. The result can be a business registration certificate or a notice of supplementation or adjustment.
Submit the dossier at the Business Registration Office of the province/city where it is headquartered or online at the national portal.
The Business Registration Office receives and settles within 3 working days. If the application is valid, the results will be returned to the One-Stop Shop. If invalid, the registration office will request amendments and supplements.
Receive the business registration certificate directly at the Business Registration Office or by post.
