After the business registers the barcode code, a barcode code use right certificate (MSMV) will be issued. However, in some cases, businesses need to register for re-issuance of this certificate. The article below will guide in detail the procedure for re-issuance of the MSMV certificate and the implementation time.
The dossier includes:
- Official letter of application for re-issuance of the certificate.
- Business registration certificate: A notarized copy within 06 months, enclosed with the latest change.
- Application for use of barcode number: Fill in the information according to the latest change in the business certificate.
- The original of the certificate of the right to use the barcode (if any): If the certificate is lost, the enterprise must clearly state in the official letter of application for re-issuance.
- Submission location: National Barcode Center, where to receive and process dossiers and re-issue MSMV certificates to enterprises. - After receiving the hard copy of the application, the Center will check, process and send an email confirming the completion of the application.
- Processing time: After 01 month from the date of receipt of the confirmation email, the enterprise will be re-issued with the certificate.
- Ensure complete records as listed above.
- Submit directly at the head office of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality (prepare the original for comparison). - Or submit by post (certified copy or original copy signed and stamped).
- Within 15 working days from the date of receipt of a complete and valid dossier, the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality will re-issue the certificate of the right to use the barcode number.
- If the dossier does not meet the requirements, the agency shall notify in writing and clearly state
- Results will be returned directly at the headquarters of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality. - Or send by post to the registered address of the enterprise.
